Yep, it's true, my accord is gone:angry: I watched it get taken away on a flat bed:sad:

I got my clutch installed today. Exedy racing kit. Dropped it off at 8am, picked it up at lunch time. Drove to work no problem, about a mile away. On the way home was a different story. All was fine, I get about a 1/2 mile from work coasting to stop at the stop sign approaching and glanced at the guage cluster and see my check engine light is on. :wtf: Then I notice my tach is resting at 0, oh snap, my car isn't running I had my music playing and didn't even notice it had shut down until I looked at the cluster. I turn the key off, try to start it up:nono: Won't start.

2 hrs later the tow truck arrives and takes it back to the shop, at the shops cost of course. Hopefully she'll be back up and running tomorrow, we'll see:happysad:

jk....nothing to worry about. everything is on the shop. good luck man.

 

The silver lining is that it happend today, and on a back street instead of in a couple weeks while im on my way to Infineon:happysad:

 

man ... i thought someone jacked it ... hope everything works out

I hope so man. I asked him when I went to pick it up if there was anything they seen when doing the install that they thought I should be concerned about ie:leaking seals, worn parts, anything that they felt needed to be repaired or replaced and he said no, everything looked good. He said my clutch disc was worn to hell but that's what it was there for so that's to be expected. Hopefully they'll get it fixed tomorrow

 

dang man....well hey...it could be worse. I hope everything works out OK...it case it doesnt.....can I have ...........
