Default Stereo install '87 Accord--unremovable panel?!

Guys,

How the hell do you get the front panel off? i tried last night and removed like 15 different screws...nothing. is the sucker glued on, or what? my civic is a snap; 3 screws and it's off. what gives? much thanks for any help.

Isn't it easier to get at it from the back? Mine was open in the back of the center stack, but maybe cause it was a DX.

thanks guys...i lost track of this thread for a bit. i was thinking we'd have to remove the panel surrounding the radio. like i said, in my civic, it's very simple: 3 screws and that center panel comes right off. not so with the accord. from what i understand you don't even have to remove the panel. you unscrew from the back and the radio slides right out? wee.
