Will 98-00 Sedan front bumper bolt on to 01-02 Accord Sedan?

Will 98-00 Sedan front bumper bolt on to 01-02 Accord Sedan?
My mom accidently hit someone's parked car today and it pretty much f*cked the front bumper up pretty bad. Thank god the car wasnt totaled or anything, but im still kinda pissed
. But since I was in the market for the WW W-Type kit, I was gonna replace the bumper with a 98-00 bumper sooner or later.
So is there any special steps or modifications I will have to do to the front end of the car for me to install a 98-00 bumper? Also, will the W-Type's sideskirts and rear lip fit the 01-02 Accord sedan as well?
.
