Default No spark on a 91 Honda Accord

I assumed it was the Main relay and soldered it per instructions, but that did not work so i went to the junk yard and found another one. The car still does not start but it is getting fuel but has no spark. What could it be. I tested for spark with a plug and a timing light while craking it still not one spark.

can anyone help me?????

Thanks
you guys are the experts!!!!!!

Take out the dist. cap. Check to see if the rotor is turning while cranking, if not your timing belt broke.
It may also be the ignitor or coil

You can measure primary & secondary resistances of your coil. For the ignitor, look for loose connections. A few people have told of loose connections causing their trouble.

this happened to me, i put in a new coil and that did not work, new ignitor did not work (check for the color, I think it has to be beige on the new one, I might be wrong on that color though), had to resort to putting in a new distributor, my 2nd one on a 91, and that was it.
