Thanks. For the driver seat, I had the Helms manual with the wiring schematic, but some of the wires still were different colors. The seatbelt sensor light wires were the same, and the power and ground wires were the same, so that's all I needed.

For the passenger seat, I didn't have the wiring diagram because the power passenger seat only came in 01-02 EXV6's, so it's in the V6 Helms supplement. I basically figured out the power and grounds using a 9 volt battery. It's not enough juice to run the heavier motors, but you can hear them try to go.

I just left the side airbags and side airbag sensor without power.

My bro in law made it for me, he's a machinist. It's just a flat brushed aluminum piece. Got the Accord badge for $10 at dealer.

damn schmid, I have never been a fan of the 6th gens but yours is nice. You have done a good job on that car man, hope you've got a good security system on it.

Looking good John! Do you have any plans to swap out the door panels, or are you gonna leave them as is? I'm sure you're enjoying that leather much more than the cloth!

very very nice!

why didnt you wire the side airbags? Does it need "special" equipment besides just plain wires powering it? Do they need sensors of some sort?

Cuz if i were you..i wouldnt want two airbags just sititin there doin nothin for my safety!

I have charcoal interior on my black av6 2k coupe..and i'd LOVE to do that mod...but I would HAVE to exchange the door panels out too...i want the full kit and kaboodle! All that wouild make it an ex minus a moonroof(which i dont care for that much).

Dave
