The 98-00 has a much smaller emblem then the 01-02.
All the Honda emblems got bigger in the 01 model year.

He stuck the 01-02 'H' on the 98-00 Bumper.
I would have definately sourced a new 98+ 'H'

I'm not a big fan of the bumper to hood gap left by using the 98+ Bumper w/ the 01+ Hood. I would definately look at sourcing an OE aftermarket CF hood from somewhere for the 98-00 model year. Even if you didn't want a CF hood I bet someone with a 98+ sedan would be willing to let you buy them a CF hood in exchange for theirs.

I am using my old 01 emblem and have fixed it now, those are older pics. Also getting VIS Oem CF Hood.

Thanks bro, I tired testing a WW lip on a OEM style Aftermaket Bumper and it was kind of a short. The kit was a little damaged and out of shape so I'm thinking that had to do with it.
