what u guys think about this ? automatic shift knob

Had the same shift knob; guess what you might regret buying it! The three alan screws on the bottom kept losening up allowing the shift knob to pop up like a jack in the box. The stock shift knob is so much better IMO. I hate that shift knob; I threw it out the window of my car.. Hope it works for you though.

And geez, Kai, you got a whopping 3 valves/cylinder engine. Stop talking trash, man!
but... getting back to the topic.... i like the razo myself... if i had an auto i'd get it...

the only nice auto shifts knobs are stock, oem leather, or the razo quick shift knob(the one where it looks kinda like a manual knob and you push down)
everything else says, i'm fag who can't drive stick, but i still want a tacky looking shifter even though i don't need it to shift.

havent tried to take the key out, but when i wanted to install it, i started the engine and move the knob to the N position so that my screw gun can reach the 2 screws i have to remove. after installing , i cant move the knob to P position. do i need a plastic adapter of some kind ?

you may have pushed down the shift knob too low. try reinstalling it, but just let it sit, don't push it down.

I don't understand how you can go from park into reverse but not back into park. When in park does the shift button go all the way down. Did you reinstall the stock spring? None of the stock shifter assembly should have been removed.
Not to bust your bubble but it should not have been this hard. You might regret it sooner then I think. It really doesn't pay to modify such things when OEM is better.
