autozone, pepboys, walmart, target ... they're not hard to find.
you can get the clear ones, but anything with a slight tint is illegal and you will get pulled over.

but yea any place that sells a small amount of auto supplies will have them. V.I.P., Napa or any of the places Eklypse mentioned

Well, I don't mean obscure the plate like those anti-radar ones. I just want to replace the holder that the dealer has on, and I like those plain old plastic or acrylic cases that holds the license plate. I just think it looks better. I have a graphite coupe, and I don't want the car to be graphite and then suddenly a stainless steel holder in the back.
