What is correct PSI for my tires?
hey, i just purchased some 17's and had the tires mounted and now I'm unsure of what is the proper psi. for the stock wheels it is 32 psi but do I use the same for the 17's, or is it different depending on wheel size? i figured the place that mounted them would inflate them to the correct psi, but some of the wheels had different psi's, so i figured they are not correct. any help appreciated. thanks

well, you'll want a higher amount of air so you can a better cushion for your rims. I'm at 39psi on my 225/40-18, but I can now feel every ripple and bump on the road. I guess I'll probably lower it down to around 36-37 psi.
