Default transmission question

So I let my bro borrow my accord and drive it around for the day. When I came to pick it up,we went for a drive, and I realized when he was backing up in reverse, he wasn't coming to a complete stop b4 shifting into drive. Is this bad for my auto transmission? Do you think I should take it in to get serviced?
All opinions are appreciated...
Thanx
Theo

Well it's not GOOD for it.....but you said he only drove it around for a day so I'm pretty sure there is nothing to worry about.

The damage depends on how fast he was going. If he was goin less than 5 mph in reverse than most likely there won't be any damage. If you are like 15 mph backwards and you hit it into drive (like my friend did to me), and your car stalls and grinds, that might hurt it after a while.
