I have noticed recently that my 94 accord ex makes a rattling noise when I hit the gas, and that is the only time. It is coming from the front around the engine area, but I do not know if it is spark knock. I usually use plus or premium gas, so if it is spark knock what can I do other than that? If anyone knows what it might be other than this than I would appreciate it.

 

cv joints or it could be cv boots and probablly repack the grease

 

I already replaced the front cv joints

 

Having the same problem, almost sounds like a vibration or foreign matter is rattling in between the cat converter and shield, had them check that at the service station and nothing of the sort. Only happens when you acceleratefrom a stopped position and goes away at about 15mph
