I was wondering if any1 bought a "Mugen" lip for their 01-02 Accord 4dr? How was the fit? Was it perfect or did you have to modify the bumper? Heres the one im talking about:

Well i talked to some1 about mugen lip on a 01-02 accord they said it will fit but u got 2 shave something off on the lip that holds it up right i guess cuz the mugen lip was for 98-00 only but if u looking to lip why not do all around put front side and back lip. Cuz rite now i got a 02 accord sedan and planning to get the kits skirts from wings west, i know they dont make one for it but i talked to one of the guys in WW they said just wait till the end of the year cuz their making one!!!

 

Hmm, I think the WW W-Type sideskirts and rear lip for the 98-00 Accord sedan should be able to fit the 01-02 Accord sedan but the front lip will not. So did u ask WW if they're gonna make the whole W-Type kit for the 01-02 or just the sideskirts?

 

u know what about that w type from WW rear lip doesnt fit the 01 - 02 accord cuz i ask the person who works there if the back lip will fit my car which is 02 accord 4 dr and he said no just side skirt cuz he told me, one of the guys that works there has the same car as mine tried the rear lip but didnt fit. So that why he told me to wait till the end of the year they should have new kit for 01-02 accord 4dr.

 

Someone in TAC got the mugen lip and posted what work was required.

I just received a Type R lip yesterday and did a quick fit and it seem a little short. Do you just screw it into the bumper?

Dayum, that looks awesome :thumbup: . He should start a DIY thread on how to fit the lip onto the 01-02 Accord 4dr . Or he can start makin money by doing it for other people with 01-02 Accords like us:naughty: .
