Default Gas Mileage

What are some good ways to improve gas mileage?

I have a 95 accord ex v6 sedan...as far as performance goes it has an AEM intake and a tusedo universal exhaust...17" spiders...but those are only summer wheels...april - october

I got a fuel injection system cleaning done last august and also had to get the fuel sending unit replaced this past october. I clean the air filter about once a year...but have never actually replaced the filter...should I keep cleaning it or should I replace it?

Oh, and the spark plugs are also pretty new...got them done last august as well. And if this helps...I always get my oil changed on time and the car is maintained pretty damn well cuz I love my baby :naughty:

Make sure you tires have the proper inflation ... that also helps your mpg... You could also get the valves adjusted.

Yes definitely tire inflation, I run just shy of max at operating temps. Take out uneccesary weight, accelerate gradually (i.e. don't bog the engine). Try not to go over ~70-75mph on freeway, don't coast in neutral, leave it in gear (uses no gas while coasting and >1200rpm). The main thing is give it little throttle until >2000rpm and don't drive fast. I average ~32mpg in my Accord with a best of 37.5
