Some advice on replacing my wheels?

Some advice on replacing my wheels?
Hi - can you guys give me some advice? I've never changed wheel sizes on a car before, but I would like to replace the 15 inch plastic-hubcap-covered wheels on my 2003 Accord sedan with the 16 inch wheels that come as the stock wheels on the 2003 EX models. I'm assuming that this can be done - it can, right? Does anything have to be done except to just put them right on the car, with new tires too of course?
Since those wheels were intended for cars with disc brakes both front and back, and I have drum brakes in the back . . . is that a problem? Will it look stupid?
And, do you think the seven spoke or five spoke wheels would look better (in view of the brake drums and all)?
I was just reading another post, where everybody said not to change wheel size and tires without changing suspension first, and I definitely see your point - but, I feel like replacing plastic hubcaps is big priority here.
I'm looking forward to hearing what you think.

its easily done... just a perfect swap of rims/tires.... I would try and find some 17's off the 6 speed though.... Even though they will be expensive, the 16' wont be cheap either.
Dont worry about the view of the drums in back. Nothing u can do.

It'll work both 4cyl have the 5-lug I believe. I don't think you will get style points though. If you got the money for 16 inch stock wheels I would save it and go with 17' or 18' aftermarket rims.

I have an LX as well. First thing I did was pick up some 15" Honda alloys used for $100 to replace my stock LX steelies and plastic wheel covers.
They are now my winter wheels.
If you eventually want larger wheels like 18s or 19s, then I'd just get some cheap used OEM Accord alloys, perhaps in 15" so you can use your current tires. That way, more money going towards saving up for larger wheels. Then you have a backup/winter set with decent looking alloys. If you go that route...the 98-02 V6 5lug alloys will work as well, you might find some cheaper ones in thoses styles. They look good as well.
