Well if you do find out and someone sells you the kit or know all the bulb sizes, let me know. I can get you the cheapest price of them all. And don't be fooled by someone telling you that their quality is ''better''. My led bulbs are just as good or better then everyone elses. I installed some in my 6th gen and it's been several months and still just as bright as the day I put them in.

cryogen is working on getting LED's behind the buttons. I sent him some LED's to test. He is in the process of moving, and getting settled, and then he can start on the project again. Once he is done, he will be writing a guide so that everyone can do it.

Before you buy LED's from ANYONE (including myself), read this buyers guide. It explains about light output, and will better educate you for when you decide to buy LED's for your car.

I am not trying to knock 99aznaccord, I have not seen the specs of his LED's. I am not saying his LED's are inferior, or dim, or anything like that. (just to get that out of the way.)

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you guys... Just in case you are all still interested, it looks like I should have a kit for the 5th generation Accord done in the next few weeks. If all goes well, and the outcome is good, I will have the new kits on my website soon.

There is a how-to guide on some site. I will see if I can find it again and I will post it here tomorrow.

Everyone, I know you have been waiting for the 5th gen LED kit. Be patient a little longer. There is a new update on my website if you care to read it.

I will keep you all posted.

Hey, I've already done the 5th gen accord. Isn't it just 10 5mm LEDs?

Here is the link to the 4th gen Accord conversion... This site is not related to mine in any way. I am just posting it for informational purposes.

99aznaccord: The 5th gen only uses 3 LEDs to light up the climate control - 2 5mm LEDs (1 LED for each row of buttons) and 1 #74 wedge LED (for the fan speed and temp knobs.) This is the problem because the 2 LEDs that light up the buttons do not light up the the entire row of buttons evenly nor bright enough.

You may be talking about the indicator LEDs (The lights above the buttons) These work well, and so do the LEDs for the other buttons (dimmer, cruise, defrost, etc...)

I am planning to try these Luxeon LEDs to see if they will work.

I want to thank all of you for your patience. We now have a LED kit for the climate control. Here is a link to all the kits for the 5th gen Accord. (I will add the dome light, door curtesey lights, etc... at a later time.)
http://www.ledautomotive.com/OrderInfo/94-97Accord/

The kit for the climate control does not require soldering, but the buttons (cruise, sunroof, rear defrost and dimmer) will.

Let me know if you have any questions.
