steering wheel vibration

If you experience this when you did the braking, you might want to check on the brake. My workshop told me that with sudden type of braking you need to change your rottor into cross drilled rotor and a new brake pad

This seems to be a common problem on most F22/F23 engines. I assume yours is either a 4th gen or 5th gen Accord. Most of the vibration had been quelled out of the 6th gen, but mine is still noticeable when it's cold outside.
If it really bothers you, you can try different spark plugs that might have the idle a few 100rpms different, which may stop some of the offensive vibrations from hitting the steering wheel.

if its more noticible when in reverse look at the front motor mount , the one in front of the radiator if the bushing that goes through the center of it is resting at the bottum of the mount or the rubber is breaking away replace it thats your problem!!!

It is normal, you get what you pay for... my hands got numb with accord steering as well...the wheel just won't stop vibrate regardless, even at neutral it still vibrates really bad... after a little while even my butt gets numb
Of course I also consider my 2002 lexus to vibrate and not being very smooth...
