accord ex coupe or nissan altima 2.5s?

Personally I would get the coupe and I own an altima 2.5s. However the coupe was more expensive and im 6'6 so the altima had much much much more room. The 2.5s is a little faster but thats not really the reason I bought it, plus I love cheap plastic interiors! hahhahaha. It really just depends on what fits you right.

F##k the Accord get the Altima--they rock. They are plagued with the best engine of all time the no rev all torq 2.5? --that sucks the pre-cat into the cylider head. Causing ceramic to eat your piston walls and boom you got a dead engine. Nissan rocks--tons of power and no reliability.

Why settle for 2.5? For the price of the Acord coupe you can get Altima 3.5
If you want the look, quality and material get Lexus if you want Japanese; another option is to go straight to European when you have more $ later on...

Oh BTW, I really don't and can't give Accord too much credit for interior; even TSX has hints of cheap material. Go with what you like, in this price range bang for the buck is what most people are looking for. Although Honda and Acura interior might be a little better than Nissan through some people's eyes, but by far they are not luxurious. At the same time seat in the car and feel the amount of hard plastic in each car and decide if the difference between the amount of hard plastic is worth a smaller engine and couple thousand dollars. Hey, still we are talking about bread and butter car here.
Mechanically speaking either car should be good.

The possibilities with the 2.5s is great. On the SE-R in an import mag they boosted 30 HP at the wheels by replacing the exhust, headers, and intake. But once again...they are both good cars...get which ever you like more.

if youre getting the accord coupe, i got my 2003 accord ex v6 coupe for 25770 OTD and they are already making a lot from me. my advice , dont bother negotiating msrp with them. check this website out, www.car-prices-costs.com. if you can get 200 below invoice thats better, but invoice price is already good.

jokes or insults the dealer will tell you :
1. call the cops, hes trying to steal an accord(scottrobinsonhonda)
2. you cant put the price tag of a can of beer on a bottle of champagne (scott robinsonhonda)
3. my wife needs food and make up (gardenahonda - which is the dealership i bought my accord from. he later shuts his mouth and smile when i told him about the holdback.)

kalonji,
Don't rule out the LX V6. I just got mine July 3, and it is a sweet car. Most of the EX standard features (no moonroof or leather, otherwise it's all there) for 1000's less. Mine was $22,400 including sales tax. V6 power for the price of an EX I4.
Good luck in your shopping!!
