swapping in a vtec head from a non vtec engine?
Hello guys I'm looking into sawpping in a vtec head into my 96 accord 2.2 non vtec. I was told this has been done but came across no list of everything I need. Should I use a single or double cam head? which timing belt do I need? Any help would be helpful! Thanks

man where the heck were all you people when i was selling my f22b1? this gets asked alot now. a full swap is the best way, buying those parts separatly is $$ and the labor isn't exactly easy. better off finding a nice swap instead. i was selling mine for $400 which only had 99k and a timing belt/water pump done at 89k. it was a sweet deal, instead it was sold on me and i never received any money.
