Its cool, my poor engine. I don't know what to do now that I have the tires old F22 in there. I want to strip it down, rebuild and boost it, or just stroke it and go all motor. Or maybe I'll bring back my RWD Rotary powered Accord project idea.

the f22 is a very good motor, but, I will say that if you want anywhere near h22 power from it, your going to either spend the amount of money you'd spend on an h22 (probably a lot more though), or you'll need to get some kind of FI going on.....

I personally am building up an F22 for boost, but more power to you if you descide to all motor it!!

an f22b1 can be found in 94-97 EX accords and you can also find the engine code stamped on it.

too bad the shop sold mine and didn't give me the money, cause i had a great one for sale. it only had 99.8k on it with the timing belt and waterpump done at 89K.:madfawk:

Also I stated if I was going to get another H22 it would be USDM, so any yard should have some FUBAR Preludes I can get an engine out of.

try www.importautosalvage.com they got good USDM swaps and their in georgia. they are pricey though, but they stand behind their stuff. you may even get a 6 month warranty from them.

have you given any thought to rebuilding the motor or is it too far gone? you could bore it over and put some good stuff in their for probably what a USDM swap would cost you.

Yeah, I shoud have rebuilt it, but I took it to the local Honda dealer once installed and had it checked out. They said it was in great shape, and only adjusted the valves. I would have sold it, but I just gave the parts away to my good friends. I tend to give away alot of shit I should sell, but only to friends. Some day it will come back to me when I need help.
