Make sure all the wires are plugged in and that you didn't actually tear one out of the harness, or break it while you were messing around back there.

That happened to my old AV6 with like 50k miles. The technician replaced the bulb behind the clock for free and I was on my way

All you gotta do is:

1) Go down to your local Honda dealer
2) Buy a bulb for the clock (should be under $3.00)
3) Pop the clock
4) Swap the bulbs
5) Pop the clock back in
6) Now look at the beautiful clock!

It's a common problem with the 6th Gen Accords. I work at a Honda dealership and we stock lots of them.

If you still have a warranty, they will replace it for free!

Fuse maybe. During the summer when I did my LCD screen install, I removed the clock, and when I plugged it back in, it lit up faintly (like it does at night). When I pushed the button, it lit up brighter. My stock deck also asked for the code everytime you turned it on (if you turned the car off) I checked the fuse under the hood, and it was blown. Fixed my problem.
