If you look around any sears battery will have more CCA then the Optima, you are paying for the ability to place the battery upside down or on its side (Not needed in most cases) I personally got an SUV battery, beause it offered the extra CCA I wanted and an additional 5 min of power @ 25amps, (Not a really big deal when I am pulling almost 200amps for stereo) And the SUV die hard has reinforced plates and they are secured top and bottom to prevent the plates from hitting each other (IE made for SUV off road stuff)
