Default CF hood questions

My 5th gen need a new hood (hail damage) and I was thinking about going CF.

1. Will a CF hood look good on a bourdoux (maroon) accord?
2. How much weight do those things actually save?

thx:thumbup:

The weight saving isn't going to actually gain you any noticeable performance or gas mileage, it's more of a justification than anything

it'd look good on a bordeaux red IMO. Maybe you can get someone to photoshop a CF hood on that color 5th gen or you can find a pic of a red 5th gen with a CF hood

Yeh I think that would look really nice. Just make sure to get one with OEM mounts and latches cause Hood-Pins are stupid IMO.

If you want the racer look, it will look great on your color. All depends on what look you are going for.

Yeah you tell me that the first time your hood flies up in your window and breaks it along with the other damage it will cause.
