Default 4th gen LX vs EX....Whats the MAJOR diferences?

Well-

As ya'll know my 4th Gen predicament...I now have the option of getting another 4th gen Honda Accord....Whats the BIG differences between a 93LX vs 93EX?

From the top of my head:

EX:
1.Has more HP
2.ABS
3.Moonroof
4.All Disc Brakes
5.Dual Exhaust Tip
6.15" wheels

is that it?

Does the LX have better resale than the EX?

Thanks
Mike

EX obviously has better resale value since it has more features.

'93 EX has these advantages:
4 wheel disc vs 2 wheel disc
140HP vs 125HP
ABS
Power Moonroof
Alloys

That's all that I can think of, at least important features.

you must not know much about 4th gen's. Both 92-93's have 140Hp EX, ABS, power moonroof, as well as alloys. 90-91' have all that except the 4 wheel disks, 140hp, and the ABS was only avail on SE.

This maybe a DUMB question, but are both models (Ex , Lx) the same when it comes to Reliability?..Do they both have the SAME Tranny/Engine (Except for the EX which has more HP).

cool...So I should pay LESS money on an LX specially if I don't need the extra feature (Although i would love to have ABS).

well that all depends on mileage. If you found an EX with 130k miles, and a LX from the same year with say 55k miles, price will reflect mileage and condition. If you want ABS, you can always look into getting a 92-93 10th Anniversary edition, which has some special features, not as nice as an EX, but nicer than an LX.... its basically an EX w/o moonroof and engine.

You are correct....the reason for this thread is because My Problematic 93 EX sedan will be taken back to the dealer and they are going to exchange it for another 4th Gen accord (93LX with 10K less miles) but it's an LX..Of course I have the option to decline their offer if I didn't like the car.

No, I really don't. I was reading off of edmunds.com's generations section. But he said 93LX vs 93EX...you must not know much about how to read.
