Axle problems

I have to wonder about the older cars I see around here. Next to San Fransisco, Bedford NH is notorious for having some of the worst roads on the face of the planet. I'd have to take pictures. :ugh:

axle nut is 37mm.....and if you dont have an impact gun to do it with, then try not to get an impact socket.......the impact sockets fit a little looser so they can get the hammering motion and break it loose....harder to do with a breaker bar,......

make sure you break it with the wheels on the ground. yeah, it was a pain for me b/c I have to jack up the car and take the wheel off, pop out the center cap, then put the wheel back on and lower the car. Then break the hub nut loose with the wheels on the ground, then jack the car back up and remove the wheel.
good thing my buddy has the hydraulic jack!
