What does it smell like? Gas, oil, melted plastic, burnt road kill? brake fluid, power steering fluid?

maybe a stuck rear caliper (or parking brake) so the pads are dragging and putting out a nasty smell?

Now why would i check my exhaust piping if the tire thats having the issue is on the drivers side and the exhaust is on passengers side ???? I really cant describe the smell its not gas,oil ...im gonna pressure wash the wheel see if anything changes , im thinking the brakes are binding , but im braking fine
