Default accord brake swap

I originally planned on taking on a rear disk brake conversion over spring break but on my way to klass today I thought about this question:

could i swap out the entire brake system for that of the av6? are the rotors/calipers any bigger? an extra piston? i don't really know about the av6s system other than 5 lug pattern which would be a pluss...

anyone have an idea how much this would run? hopefully less than 1k? <~ wishfull thinking?

thanks.

av6 brakes are bigger, same size as vtec prelude and it-r brakes. they also used the same brakes on the 4g and 5g wagons, if you want to keep 4 lug

I did mine for $534.75. It was really easy to do actually.

No that was just for the rear disc swap. I didn't mention that I could have done it for less. I bought more parts that I really needed
