Aiete now that we got headlights resolved moving on to corners and signal. Any suggestions? Also what size are these bulbs? Is it 2 168's per side?

 

Yes its a pair (2) 168 per side.

Turn signal and reverse are 7440
Rear bumper is 168.

This is if you have a 5th Gen 94-97 Accord.

 

My reverse is 1156... So is my signal on the back... my front signals are all messed up tho... not sure which bulb is stock.

 

any recommendations on brand? Or they just about all the same in brightness and color?

 

IMO get amber corners, because the xenon ones arent as bright as your headlights so it looks bad... i would know i have it haha.

 

also, I cleared the orange out of my tail lights and put deep red bulbs in there... i think it looks cleaner by far with more red than amber on the back with the already red parking/brake lights

What makes some street legal and some not? Just because of the lighting pattern?

 

TYC has their tail lights tested to meet all applicable specifications and standards as set forth by the SAE, and all TYC lamps are compliant with federal safety standard FMVSS #108, as administered by the Department of Transportation.

Basically it means it passes all the test that makes a tail light street legal. This includes the brightness at certain angle which is crucial since some altezzas and aftermarket tail light is barely visible or hard to see in bright sunny weather and at night sometimes.
