Help Quick, Torque Specs --- Please!!!

Someone with a manual, could you tell me the torque specs for the spark plugs in a 99 Accord EX 4 Cyl Auto. I'm changing them now and this is the only time I have thanks!

I use Bosch Platinum changed every 12K.

I also use high temp antiseize.
