Mine is spoiler-less, and I like it.

I have the spoiler on mine.
I say dont get the spoiler if you want more of that "classy" and "sleek" look. Get the spoiler if you want to add a sporty look to the car.
I think the deck lid looks to squatty without it...very short.

I say OEM and type-r/mid style wings are good. not that they make a mid wing for the '03 accord but on the 5th and 6th gen accords they look good. Im debating getting a mid wing or no wing for mine too. anything more than a mid wing is too ricy. especially aluminum wings.... I like the look, but wtf would you put one on a front wheel drive car???

My question is, and will continue to be, why doesnt Honda offer a higher mid-wing, like the one one the Civic, for the Accord? I know what you are all gonna say---the Accord is going for the classy look, not for the tuner crowd as perhaps the RSX and Civic are----but, I could never understand what the point of putting a rear spoiler on a car was if that spoiler was gonna sit low and not make any kind of impact of style whatsoever; ever see the so-called "spoiler" on the Solara? Its just a lip that comes off the trunk like on the new Accord Sedan as an option; what is the point of that? I have always said, spoilers that make dramatic impacts are the ones on the old Eclipse turbos, the 3000GT VR4s, the Supras...THOSE are rear spoilers---you can see those cars comin' blocks away with those wings...the wings companies like Honda put on the backs of cars like the Accord (coupe) are just too damn low and exhibit too low a profile to claim the car is any kind of a "sports coupe"; I am considering replacing the OEM wing on my 99 with something at least midway high off the trunk; the factory spoiler just doesn't look like it even should cost the hundreds of dollars they charge for this thing....
Yes, and I know, I know...the NSX-like rear design of the 98-02 coupes are supposed to "look best" when the triangular taillight ends are bridged by the OEM low-sitting spoiler...still, I hate it. My opinion for the poster of this thread: buy an aftermarket higher wing for less money than the OEM one.

You've got a lot of opinions here - don't know if you need any more, but here's mine: I definitely like the OEM wing spoiler on the 03 coupe. But, on the sedan - I really like the decklid spoiler that wkjoyce has. It makes the back look more "accord-like" - do you know what I mean?
