Thanks for the thread Local Racer. I think for someone to start a business they better be sure they know how to make people happy. It only takes one person to cost the business a lot of money. That guy sounds like he needs some customer relations classes and fair and honest business practices is the first step. Cool, thanks for the heads up.

That's why I posed the question. Now a days on the internet you can't tell who's small. Shox.com seems like a good place but I wanted to know who has used them before.
