Default Corner Light Question?

I have seen some accords that when they have their blinker lights are on both the bumper light and the corner light blink. I have a 97 EX and just the bumper light blinks but not the corner light? It always just says on. Is it like that or is something broken?

to make a corner light blink: clip the ground to the marker light, then tap the turn signal + lead and hook it up to the light where u clipped it. this also works for side markers if you want them on with parking lights, but still blink with your turn signals

Yet another reason the 95 is better than the 96 or 97 .
