Default i totaled it

Hi
as many of ur emember my baby was stolen 1month ago and i got it back from the shop 3 weeks ago.

i had an accident today with a county bus. i beleive it was half my fault half his fault. good thing is i am ok .
it was my half fault cause i did not see that the bus was not signalin to make a left turn ( ice storms today in md) and half her fault cause she was ging a little over the limit.
well the bus hit me from the drivers side . it "pushed" me so hard that when i realized what had happened i was 25feet away from the stop sign.
left side of the car is all fuycked up. frame is kinda ****ed up. trunk does not close and rear wheels are ****ed up too along with the axles.
police came , did not issue me a ticket they told me as long as everybody is ok..forget about it just go home and that its a miracle that i have no injruies!. i am ok . the sheating belt saved my life. picture this: i wear glasses when im driving and i found them in the rear seat!
funny think is ive been drivin for many years with no accidents not even a ticket and now this **** !

i am almost sure they will total it and just give me money. they spent $5000 for my car last month cause it was stolen .
i might get a new Si .....

good think is im ok i dont even believe it that i survived that with no injuries.

Sounds funny that the bus hit you and it's not entirely his fault.
Glad you are OK because that's a bad hit from the side like that.
I test drove an SI with my friend and it wasn't all that great, the new electronic steering was boring. I also test drove a RSX. Ugliest interior on the planet IMO, no back seat space. I'm 5'7" and my head touched the roof without trying.
Get a new Accord Coupe or a new or used CL.

My 2 cents. Good luck and count your blessings.

you know the police never told me its your fault or its the other drivers fault
so i have no way to prove it was her fault

if the bus hit you from behind, it's the bus driver's fault & not yours. sue the city/county, you'll get alot more than what the insurance will hand ya. judges always rule in favor of the person in front.

the driving rule is that the person in back needs to keep their distance.

I already spent $700 on fixing and I also need to paint the hood and bumper. I hope u get some money out of this accident man. Tell them u r in emotional shock that u cant drive that u r afraid of cars now. Bull**** them and it willl work.
