im fast enough that i have beaten:
multiple 99+ SI coupes
hybrid civics including coupes and sedans with b16a and b18c
a turbo civic
a 99+ mustang gt automatic
several preludes, including 4th and 5th gens with bolt ons
every other accord i have ever come across
celica gts's
an impala ss

i have lost to:
chevy caprice that pulled 5 car lengths on me from 75-125
and an f150 lightening

h22a with 102000 miles on it
CM flywheel w/atc hdss clutch
CAI
exhaust
vafc thats partially tuned

I totally agree with this. I bought my Accord because it is a nice looking and very reliable car. My old car will totally rape my Accord which was a rx-7.

i never planned on mine being fast. it is relatively quick for what it is, a good ole family car. If third gear wasn't so damn long, accelerating would be quicker, making the car faster, but thats why its a family car: longer gears for fuel economy and all that other bs.

I don't think my accord is fast either. but it's way faster than my first car, an 1986 camry. And I can at least hang with civic si's or hybrid civics with crappy drivers. So it makes me feel a little better

even with all the bolt ons and chip my car was fast enough there are alot of cars slower than mine and alot of cars faster. if i wanted speed i wouldnt have bought a honda especially not an accord

drive on down to texass lol
my old engine probably cant take the drive up there....
its very likely i have cams in the engine but i never looked too close...
