Mine feels fast now

 

Mine is quick, but by no means fast Certainly much better than stock, but I'd still get smoked by any "real" sports sedan (or coupe for that matter) It feels pretty quick at highway speeds, it seems to have the best pull at those speeds.

 

Its quick for its size, but fast=NO.

 

who said Accords are fast? Mine's definately not. even with a CAI, exhaust, it has some get-up-and-go. but its no fast.

 

Also, depends on which fast... I personally have been 137 in my 95 EX Coupe... I **** you not. But I have a hard time beating new Civic's.

fortunatley there are only 10 or 11 si's on island.... and none of them are new...

 

Summed it up great!! My Accord picks up great from 30-40 MPH but from a complete stop, what a joke! I get blown away at stoplights and sh*t. Such a shame. But like you said, its a family car. I think of mine more a luxury car though with leather interior and all.

 

Hmm, that's strange. My car isn't fast in terms of higher speeds, cuz I've never risked pushing it 15 past the speed limit when racing. So I just do stoplight to stoplight, and I have held my ground against some and blown away every other car except for one. (it was definitely a sleeper -- i.e. looked like crap -- but it was spinning its wheels at the line, so I didn't even want to try.) I don't know if it's because I have an auto, but my car shoots away from those lights, leaving a whole lot of suprised people in my rearview mirror. They didn't think it possible. Then when I level off they shoot past. I get such a rush from jackrabbit starts.

 

It's okay, not great. A good daily driver but I am tempted to take it to the track for some circuit racing just once. I might not be fast in a straight line, but I think the suspension mods I have will make the car fun to drive. :thumbup:

 

No I don't think it is fast. Its faster than my last car, but then again, no matter what you have, there is always something else better.
