Default n20 kit on a 90 accord

I am about to purchase a ZEX n20 kit for a car. What shot are most people safely running? What can the stock fuel and ignition system take?

stock fuel and ignition system can take 55 from zex kit, that waht it was designed for, just get colders plug, that's it.
