:werd: your trannys fuxored, grinding is metal scraping metal, even w/ fluid you should still hit gears, that tranny's gone.

bet when you rev you hear a whining that is louder than normal also huh?

you ever neutral drop your tranny? if so that probally helped kill it.
either way play on buying a new/used auto tranny

DOn't buy a used one. Rebuild yours. Or you will be taking a time bomb. Honda autos generally suck for reliability.

might I suggest a levelten tranny for auto performance?

Might I suggest a levelten H22 auto tranny for even better performance and reliability.

or go 5 spd.

dammit! i was just going to say that. about a year ago i did a neutral drop being stupid, and my axle snapped. had the same symptoms. $800 is wayyyyy to much tho. its hard to believe that both broke too, what the hell was your dad doing???! lol

I highly doubt both axles are broken, Ive been a tech for honda & acura for years and have NEVER seen that. 1 o.k. but rare without abuse. note: 1.5 hrs. labor plus axle per side. also a remand. complete axle is about $80.00. good luck
