Default suspension problem help!

ok so i had a stuck bolt on one of my rear wheels when trying to install my new shocks/springs..
here's what i've done so far..first the head of the bolt snapped off, then i cut the shock, thinking the bolt would hammer out without being threaded into the shock....when the bolt was starting to come out, the whole ruberr part in which the bolt goes though, came out(it's ripped, i couldn't reuse it even if the bolt came out of it)

ok, so i need the part that goes in the circular metal frame(i think its the lower control arm) that consists of rubber outside and a metal part in the inside which the bolt goes through,it's all one piece about 1.5 inches in diameter, ( if you've done suspension work, hopefully you know what i'm talking about).

ok so i thought this part was called a bushing, but i went to an auto store and said i needed a rear lower control arm bushing.. and he brought up something with that name on his computer for like 17 bucks, and i thought that's what i needed, but he said it wasn't it....

So, is that the part i want them to order, or is the guy right and i need something else?

please help
