So get this...
When I try and lock my doors with the switch inside the car, the passenger side door and drivers rear door doesnt lock...???? The front door locks ONLY when i pull out on the door handle and press the button. WTF????? I see talk of actuators. Whats a cost of one?(rough estimate) I find it odd that it will work when handles are pulled out then the door is locked.
Is the door panel held on my just some bolts? How would one take it off?

you're looking at $100 for parts and labor.

 

actuators are 20 bucks. plus 2 relays since actuators are reverse polarity. ANother thing, Honda does that on PURPOSE so you dont forget your keys in the ignition.

 

Honda did that even though my keys ARE OUT of the ignition? Ive heard from one guy that it could just be the relay. Is that possible? They said those years are natorious for relays going bad..so he says.
On an unrelated electrical question, My ABS light comes on and goes off intermittenly and my ABS control under my hood buzzez at me every now and again.. Weird stuff

 

never had an issue like this with honda's. This is normal even though the keys are out of the ignition. If you push the lock itself, it will lock all doors (not switch). if you hit the switch, all doors EXCEPT driver will lock. You will only notice this happen if you opened the door from the outside with the KEY. When you open with the Key, the key lock latches to a side and that prevents it from locking. you can bust open the door to see it.
