Tons of CEL codes!!!! Arrrghh!!!!!!!!!
My 96' EX-V6 with 183,000 has tons of problems. Its been idling badly lately so I swapped out the plugs, cap, rotor, and the wires were replaced less than a year ago. But that didn't help.
Now the car will not idle and won't stay running unless I keep my foot in the gas...however that causes a slight popping sound...which I would assume is a cylinder misfiring. The CEL trouble codes come out to be:
P1300
Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0301
Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P0302
Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0303
Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P0304
Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0305
Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected
P0306
Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected
So I cleaned out the inlet air control valve (IAC), checked the coil, and the ICM (Ignition control module), and still no luck. The cap was installed correctly along with all of the wires. What would cause all 6 cylinders to misfire?
I haven't check fuel pressure yet however when I turn the key to the ON position I hear the fuel pump buzz in the back.
So what gives?!?!
