Jammed Seat Belt/Strap

Jammed Seat Belt/Strap
95 Honda Accord. The left rear seat belt strap is jammed. The strap is twisted and is caught the return bracket which is behind the interior panel. I've tried to get it unjammed with a screwdriver without removing the interior panel, but haven't been successful. The belt is fully extended so I can pull it out any farther. Could you tell me how the remove the panel so I can get to the take-up bracket, or give some other suggestion to remedy the problem. Thanks

If there's a dealership nearby, you could take it there. Normally they'll fix issues like that free of charge.
You say it's fully extended? As long as the mechanism is still working, trying to reel it back in, you just need to work with it for a while. It may seem like you're making it worse, on the side you can see, in order to get it to correct itself on the inside
