Does insurance cover this? will Honda even repair your car if they see the safety metal bar that protects your radiator has been removed AND the stock bumper wasnt even on the car?

Who caused the accident? If you did then they cover for stock parts. If your not at fault then you should be fine.
If you removed something that safety bar and it messed your radiator, then I'm sure they'll say that was the cause and you'll be screwed. The key here is to have the car appraised at a body shop that is authorized by your insurance company, cause they don't give **** either way, so long as they get paid. Otherwise the insurance company sends out a rep. to appraise it and they can be pricks when it comes to mods.

if you get into an accident at someone else's fault, then their insurance company should fix your car to the way it was b4 the accident.
if you get into an accident, and it's your fault, your ins company may choose to replace your aftermarket parts with oem or oem quality parts. ask your insurance agent to see if your aftermarket equipment is covered or not. i dont have a rear crash bar in my accord either. i figure if i get hit from behind, its the other guy's fault anyway not to mention that my buddy club bumper wont fit either

I'm saving up to get that reinforcement bar put back on because from what I've been hearing, it doesn't protect your radiator - it protects you and your passenger. It's supposed to be the point of impact where the crumple zones know how to flex and so it doesn't send your J30a engine flying through your cabin in your face. Definitely not worth it. I'm gonna do something custom with my bumper and bar most probably...
Insurance will get you for it if they're an asshole. If it's not your fault, they'll probably replace all damages or pay for the OEM equivalent of it (which probably costs just as much as normal body kits...not in my case). Just make sure it's not your fault.

depends on the kit and how your car was covered (insured)
if you have full coverage then they cover anything thats "FILED" on your insurance plan so if you got the car with the OEM kit when it was insure and you got into an accident then the kit is covered. now if you got an aftermarket kit after already owning the policy and you didnt update your claim then the kit isnt covered. Now on to the part about the beam if your front end is messed up then you cannot replace the beam and you'd be at fault for most of the damage since that bar is there to protect the car.. you'll get some money for your claim but the bulk of it you wont get since the bar could have protected certain parts

they will jack up your insurance rates for aftermarket parts and especially for missing that rebar...
i had a friend that called in to have his daily driven 94 supra turbo quoted to have 650 hp in mods and then the insurance company gave him this ridiculous price of like $2000 a month or something. so he just said "uh...nevermind. it's stock. i was just checking..."
