Found a complete tear down @ HondaHookUp.com ... they have all kinds of manuals posted there ... downloaded all the ones I needed.
Will now be buying the rebuild kit and doing it myself ... turns out Google did help after all ... enjoy.

Rebuilt Pump Today
Ordered a $20 Rebuild kit from https://pskits.com/catalog/index.php
It was a gasket kit only ... if you have a bad bearing, or other mechanical defect you need to just get a new pump.
Took pump apart, inspected, cleaned everything IAW the Honda manual changed out all the gaskets in about an hour ... works like a champ, no more leaks.
Note: be very carefull taking off the pulley ... not only is it left-hand threads but the pulley is very soft aluminum and the nut is on there like a SOB.
$20 plus an hour of my time saved me about $85.

Well done 96 EX :goodjob:
I'm sure you're already aware, but it bears repeating, don't go ruining your new seals by running anything other than Honda P/S fluid.
I've got off-brand stuff (but specifically for Honda/Acura)in mine at the moment, after a flush. So far it's better than before as far as noise (doesn't make any in cold weather) but it offers no better assist, maybe even worse. I drove it for a while without a P/S belt so I couldn't do an accurate back-to-back.
As long as you don't put any sort of A/T fluid in there, which is what most cars use, I don't think you'll have to worry about the seals.
Mine's never leaked by the way, so if it starts anytime soon I'll report back h:

I doubt it would have lasted (nor the rack) this long (219K) without using Honda fluid. But thanks for the reminder ...
