My Mods... Your Thoughts...
#4
Lol I know about the lights... I was a huge noob back then and am just recently getting into and learning about real performance parts. So far I've only spent about $450 on my car but about 250 of that was bought by my friend for doing stuff to his car for him. Also I was wondering... What are good spark plugs and wires.. and is it even worth it? Other than what i have listed what are some good and fairly easy mods to do to my car.
Thanks.
Thanks.

MODS: Halo Projector Lights w/ Xenon Bulbs, Euro Clear Corners w/ Xenon Bulbs, Euro Rear-Sidemarkers w/ Xenon Bulbs, Euro Front Signal Lights w/ Green Bulbs, Gen. 2 Altezzas w/ Green Blinkers, Xenon License Plate Bulbs, 6X HyperFlasher, Green Neon Under Dash and Rear Foot Compartments, Green Neon In Grille, Custom Red Painted Engine Bay... BY ME.
FUTURE MODS: Magnaflow Custom Cat-Back Exhaust, Headers, AEM Full Cold Air Intake, Eibach Pro-Kit Springs, RED Spark Plug Wires, NGK Iridum Spark Plugs, Red Painted Calipers, Spoiler and Rims... No Body Kit, Maybe A GReddy Front Lip
Don't take this the wrong way, just being honest And since you said you got these mods when you were a newb hopefully your not too offended , get rid of the altezzas and green front signal bulbs. I would also get rid of the green neon under the grill and the cleared rear sidemaker, but hey, whatever floats your boat, its your car. But you did ask for our thoughts
Still, nice car, even in stock form

$450 on lights?! As far as lighting goes i just have xenons and interior black lights. IMO, do the i/h/e next. And i think the prokits aren't quite low enough -- consider sportlines or neuspeed sports briefly. As far as spark wires, I have accel thundersports, but i don't know if they are your best choice or not. And i'm not busting your lights, cuz you can't always be held responsible for stuff you do when you start. Look at my sig -- I take constant beatings for my mods, but i didn't have any input when i started. Were i to do it over, then i probably would leave out some stuff. oh, well. There's always the next car.

You spent too much on lighting, but we all make mistakes at first that's what this board is for. Just keep the lights amber or white and ditch the Altezzas.
All those real mods would be fine although get some new struts along with the springs. The regular NGK copper plugs will work just fine and I suggest MSD wires if you want red ones.

wow for 450 you could have gotten
-Lowering springs/aftermarket shocks.
-Real HID lighting
-Rims
-Catback Exhaust
-Header/Intake
-NAWWWS
but then again whats done is done...time to move on up to the big stuff.
