I'm sorry, but what you have modified your car with is probably the closest defition to "rice" than there is. Which is to say, pointless mods that cost money. But hell, whatever floats your boat. If you like all thats shiet, whatever.

BUT...whatever you do, do this first. Buy a shotgun (concealed weapons take too long to register) and 10 rounds. Then take your altezzas off, take them out back, and put all 10 rounds into them. Then chop them into tiny pieces and burn them. Even if you hafta drive around with no taillights, do it. Quickly.

Other than that, nice car  Is it a 5 speed?

S-Types and red/clears are nice. At least they aren't blatent rip offs of a car's main styling feature, as are the taillights on a Toyota Altezza RS.

I agree that s-types and red/clears are nice, but if altezzas have been ripped off of toyota, haven't s-types been ripped off of jaguars??? Its the same concept, using a similar design and fitting it to different cars.
The cars "main styling feature" is superficial, everyone has a different concept of what it is. Like the previous gen. lude, I think the rear lights are the main styling feature which I think some people would disagree and regard the front as that.
We even call them "s-types" for godsake. I think its what people are into at the moment, if its the hype its okay, if its old school, it sucks, human nature thats all,
EX. all clear tails on accords

I considered that, but the Ford S-Type is recognized by its from front fascia. The Toyota Altezza is recognized by its rear. This is from the viewpoint of a non-enthusiast All styling is superficial, what's your point

The S-Type taillight IMO is just merely a different design on the 5th gen taillight...no passerby will recognize it and shout Jaguar taillight! Maybe an enthusiast, but that is doubtful. On the other hand, the altezzas are not only played out (I've seen far too many on F-150's), people recognize them as rip-offs.

Well, I just got the impression of your implication that b/c a taillight or headlight etc. is a car's main styling feature that it should not be ripped off onto another car. My point was that that "main styling feature" is based upon the eye of the beholder.

I agree, BUT first off, S-types are one of the newer(not newest) types out there, I think we need to give them more time like the altezzas have had until we can judge whether people start shouting "Jaguar taillights!" or not.

The main styling feature of a car is not subjective (that is the word you were searching for). People recognize Jaguars by their front and Altezzas/IS300s by their rear.
