My wife has a 2001 4 cylinder VTEC engine. She wants to do some mods to it but doesnt know what to do. She is torn between building up the 4 cylinder with turbo and the like, or dropping the 6 cylinder engine in there. I have looked for 6 cylinder engines but I dont know the engine type to search for it. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Dropping in the V6 is pointless unless it's the V6 from the CL-S/TL-S. It's called the J35

 

dropping any V6 into an i4 is pointless...... you'll have to swap out everything else under the hood.
