Default Unlocking 2000 Accord EX CD Player

I had to take my Accord into the shop and after disconnecting the battery, the CD player is asking for a 5 digit code. Any idea on how to get it without going through the dealer to pay for it? I looked inside the owner's manual (not there) as well as in the glove compartment, under the dash, and under the fusebox cover.

Any help would be appreciated...

There is no master code. The dealer is the only place to my knowledge with that information.

do you happen to have a buddy at a dealership that could get that information for me from the VIN?

call teh dealer ship first and ask to speak w/ service department.
if u do not want to go through all that,
just buy another cd player from ebay, which will come w/ a code and swap that in.

I do not. Call all the dealers in your area, some will just give it to you. Do some work on your own man.

pull the unit out, grab the serial code, and go see some dealers.

you should get one of them to do it for free.
