I got the police report today and basically the lazy ass bitch cops just wrote down my statement and the lady's statement.
The lady said that I ran the red light...lol....

The damages speak for themselves. I just find it odd how she's using that as a defense.

Witness information is written on the report but they didnt attach their statemetn. Only their address and number,

I swear NY cops are fvcken lazy. No wonder they get paid shit.
They are so unprofessional and are there to protect and serve?lol...

Yeah man. In NY, unless you gen hit from the back, the cops make a report of 50/50. Meaning its half your fault. However it all depends on who hits you. About 3 years I got hit into the side when some asshole was making a left. Apparently he had some expensive ass insurance. They paid the damages of my car within a month, and then I got settlement for 9g's like a year later.

took me one week, going every god damn day to the precinct to get a police report so that I can get my money.
no offense against negros but, this black guy was going reverse while on his cellphone and not looking and ofcourse I was park and he destroyed the front of my car. I got $7k to get my car fixed, meanwhile the van the guy was driving had zero damage (metal bumper). freaking police woman this black lady try fk me over. taking the guy statement and not mine and and and the damn btch wouldn't return the police report to the precinct so I can get my shit. I was so furious. let see... she is black he is black and my car is totalled n front and his van has zero damage. lucky I had like 20 million witness but it was scary. again I am not trying to be racist and shit but it is the fact of what happen.

ok,...so I've been paid by my insurance and they are "fighting" to get my deductible back.

So I got a phone call yesterday from my insurance company.
They basically said that they will be sending me a check for 50% of the deductible and that they will be going to arbitration for the remaining 50%.

so I told the lady why is this going to arbitration since we have a witness statement that says the other party ran a red light. She said that they are sending out the statement to get transscribed and they are putting a rush on it so they can bring that to arbitration.

On Jan 8th I spoke with the person handling my claim who told me they will be sending out the witness statement to get transcribed, and they are putting a rush on it.

Its now Feb19, 2008 and the statement hasnt been transcribed yet? I mean, wtf.. my insurance company seems lazy as hell. Im about to drop Geico and go with State Farm insurance. which is what the other party has and quite frankly, they seem to be really "fighting" for their insurer even though shes at fault.

what a headache this has been. Now I see why people drive around without insurance. They are quick to take your cash but when you need them they take their sweet a$$ time. Im about to call my insurance company today, again and bitch some more.

AAA, is great too. every insurance company tries to avoid paying money, even if its their own customers. half the time, this is how they get away.
Some people just forget/dont realize about the money the insurance owes them and insurance never pays them.
