Have you had any correspondance with them? Stay firm with them...I would write a letter (most professional way to make your point) to them stating your position and that you will not accept anything less. I know it sounds trivial but I recently had to fight a claim against an insurance company and standing firm on your point, goes a long way. If you have not yet, start making arrangements for the arbitration. You need to prove that they are wrong when you go to arbitration so diagrams, police report, etc may be somethings you may want to include. All these things will help you prove your case and it will show them you will be a pain if they try to screw you over. The more savvy you make yourself look, the less they will want to fight you.

yeah yo insurance company are evil. they take ur money but they never want to pay anything. I have geico but I never had to deal with them and I hope it stay that way.

USAA seems to be great I was in an accident and had no issues what so ever.

what amazes me more is that if MY insurance has the witness statement, why are they going to arbitration?. Im calling them again as im typing this.
