98 Accord V6 Tranny Defects: What's the Scoop?

I have an 02 Accord I4. I bought the car, get this, at right under 50k miles from the dealer, and the same day I bought it, the tranny was lipping and kicking hard!!!!
I took it back and said, " do a flush." They did the flush, and said there was still a problem with it. So they rebuilt it. Now i have 77k miles and the tranny is acting up again. 6th gen accords look great, but have the worst tranny's of them all.
