Default 1998 Honda Accord Door locks/alarm

It's my wifes car so it's more important than if it was mine.

The door locks won't lock using the remote control. The light on the steering column flashes and the little beast is alarmed but the doors aren't locked, you can lock them manually and you can unlock the drivers side remotely but not the other doors. I can hear a click in the drivers door when the remote lock button is pressed. Is there a relay or something that has failed and if so where would I find it? Thanks in advance ... if I fix this for her it could be a great weekend.

Soooo after two days it decides to work again, I think it may have just taken the weekend off.
